Today, as a PhD in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, I like trying to combine my passion for the sea and sailing with the desire to design, improve and innovate. I mainly deal with fluid dynamics optimization, boats and vessels design with high energy efficiency and low environmental impact. After several years of experience gained in the major Italian design Offices as well as in The Fincantieri Mega Yacht’s direction department, I contributed to create NavalHEAD, engineering office that deals with naval and nautical design with the highest technological content. After seventeen years of work, my skills range from designing to project management, works management to problem solving.
Driven by the desire of knowledge, understanding and innovating, besides the engineering work I do hydrodynamics research in partnership with the Universities of Trieste and Genoa, for which I gained Research Fellowship from 2011 to 2015.
My role in NavalHEAD is Chief Operating Officer and Board Member.
